Noone whose hope is in the Lord will be ever be put to shame...No matter what they feel.

So we do not lose heart
become discouraged
utterly spiritless
exhausted
wearied.
Though our outer self is wasting away,
decaying,
our inner self is being renewed day by day.
For this light,
momentary
affliction
is ever more and more abundantly
preparing,
producing,
achieving
for us
an eternal weight of glory
beyond all measure
excessively surpassing all comparison,
a vast and transcendent glory
and blessedness
never to cease

As we look
not to the things that are seen
but to the things that are unseen.
For the things that are seen, visible are
transient,
temporal
brief and fleeting.
but the things that are unseen, invisible are
deathless
everlasting.
